Return & Delivery Policy

milsiz is a digital platform that brings artists and buyers together. All artworks purchased through the Platform are shipped directly by the Artist who owns the work; works displayed at venues are shipped per the venue's collaboration terms. milsiz is not directly involved in the delivery process.

1. Delivery

  • For physical artworks, the Artist's dispatch deadline is up to 30 business days from order confirmation.
  • Carrier and shipping method are determined by the seller (Artist or Venue).
  • Shipping cost is shown at checkout and, unless otherwise stated, is paid by the Buyer.
  • Tracking number and dispatch information are shared in the order summary when available. If missing, please contact the Artist directly.
  • International shipments depend on the seller's shipping policies and feasibility. Customs duties, import VAT, and other local taxes are the responsibility of the Buyer.
  • Digital artworks (canonical-file purchases) are delivered after payment via the Platform or by email. For licence terms applicable to digital artworks, see the Terms of Service.

2. Right of Withdrawal

Consumer Buyers resident in Türkiye, the EU/EEA, and the UK have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales under their local laws. In Türkiye this right is granted by the Distance Contracts Regulation under Law No. 6502.

Purchased artworks may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The work must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. For voluntary returns under the right of withdrawal, return shipping is paid by the Buyer.

3. Items Exempt From Withdrawal

Under Article 15/1(ç) of the Distance Contracts Regulation and equivalent EU consumer-law exemptions, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to the following items, provided that the Buyer has been clearly informed of the exemption before payment and has accepted it:

  • Artworks made to order or clearly produced according to the Buyer's personal needs (e.g., commissioned works, personalised portraits).
  • One-of-one (1/1) original artworks and numbered, signed limited-edition prints (subject to the Buyer's express acknowledgement).
  • Downloaded or delivered digital content and digital artworks.
  • Items that are used, with damaged packaging, damaged, or no longer in resalable condition.
  • Open-edition prints (unnumbered), stickers, and general merchandise are NOT exempt; the standard right of withdrawal applies.

4. Return Process & Shipping Costs

  1. Notify your return request through your milsiz account or directly with the seller within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Send the work to the return address provided by the seller — unused, in original packaging, complete.
  3. After the seller inspects and approves the return, refund processing begins. Refund is issued via the original payment method within 14 days of the seller's receipt of the returned item.

For damaged or defective items, return shipping is paid by the seller.

For voluntary returns (under the right of withdrawal), return shipping is paid by the Buyer.

If a payment is reversed by the payment provider (chargeback), milsiz deducts the relevant amount from the seller's next payout. If the chargeback is later determined to be unjustified, the seller retains the right to pursue the Buyer directly.

5. milsiz's Role

milsiz provides only the digital infrastructure. We are not responsible for the quality, condition, authenticity, or timely delivery of any purchased artwork.

milsiz does not accept responsibility for any payment or transfer made outside the Platform (for example, in person, by direct bank transfer, or to an Artist's personal account). Such transactions are entirely between the Buyer and the seller; milsiz provides no guarantee, assurance, or intermediation.

6. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between Buyer and seller, both parties are expected to provide order-related communication records and evidence.

milsiz can provide audit data only when the documents relate to transactions conducted through the Platform. For off-Platform transactions, milsiz does not arbitrate and assumes no responsibility.

In Türkiye, consumer Buyers may apply to the Tüketici Hakem Heyeti or the Tüketici Mahkemesi at their place of residence under Law No. 6502.
