milsiz is an infrastructure provider — a distribution and acquisition network serving independent artists and the venues they can collaborate with.

Our Vision

We set out to build a community that begins and stays with art — one that draws the cities of the world closer through a creative spirit, and grows the collaborations, openings, and capabilities that bring them together.

Most work never reaches the people who'd love it — not because it isn't good, but because the paths to an audience are narrow and guarded. A painting waits for a gallery; a track waits for a label, or a playlist it can't get into. milsiz widens the path. We place independent work where people already gather — on the walls of a café, through the speakers of a bar, in the catalogue of a record store — and make every piece, a canvas or a chorus, something you can come across, and carry home, on the spot.

We're not a gallery, and we're not a streaming service — we're the quiet layer beneath both. The agreements, the escrow, the payouts; and the living network of rooms that turns an ordinary café, bar, or record store into somewhere work is shown, heard, and taken home. The artist keeps their independence, the venue gains a programme worth walking in for, and the collector is the first to find what's coming next — not the last to be sold it.

What We Do

• Direct sales: Artists set their own prices and sell visual work straight to collectors — no auctions, no gallery markup, worldwide
• Music: Musicians release and sell their tracks, while venues build libraries, run radio stations, and curate playlists that pay the artist on every sale
• Exhibition network: Cafés, bars, record stores and other everyday venues host rotating shows on their walls and sound through their speakers
• Collaborations: Artists join forces — with a venue, or with one another — to make what neither would alone: a show on a wall, a commissioned series, a track built across two cities. Every collaboration starts from terms agreed up front, so the trust is on paper before the first brushstroke or the first take
• Buy in the room: See a piece on the wall or hear a track in the room and buy it on the spot, with pickup or shipping
• Secure payments: Escrow-protected checkout with automatic, direct payouts — no separate merchant account for artists or venues
• Documentation: Every sale carries provenance and a written agreement, for both visual works and licensed music

How It Works

An artist arrives and puts their work out — canvases, prints, albums, single tracks. A venue makes itself visible on the milsiz streets, opening its wall and its speakers. The two agree terms for a show, a music collaboration, or a commission, and milsiz gathers them all into a single agreement — see examples here. From then on every sale — a painting coming off the wall, a track taken home while the room listens, a commissioned series — splits itself: the artist's share and the venue's cut each go exactly where they belong, down to the cent.

Nobody stands up a payment processor or chases an invoice. We carry the checkout, the international payouts, and the paperwork — so the artist can keep making, the venue can keep its doors open, and the collector can simply take the work home.
